Terms of Service
In short:
- milanne.fr is the personal website of the streamer MilanneTV: it presents the channel, its schedule and its community. It is free and requires no account.
- These terms also cover Milanne's publishing tool, which posts her own clips to her own TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X accounts. Nobody else uses it.
- The service is run by a private individual, on a best-effort basis, with no uptime guarantee.
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Service apply to the website milanne.fr (the "Site") and to the publishing tool described in section 2 (together, the "Service"), both run by Milanne Onym (the "Publisher"). By using the Site, you accept these terms.
2. Description of the service
The Site presents the Twitch channel MilanneTV: live status and stream schedule read from Twitch's public API, the Onym' Corp Discord community, the BlindBlue and Mystical RPG bots, social links and credits. It offers no account, no form and no purchase.
The publishing tool is a private application, used only by the Publisher to post clips of her own streams to her own social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X) through their official APIs, and to read the statistics of those posts. It is not open to the public and never acts on any other account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the Site (for example through excessive automated requests), not to attempt to access its non-public parts, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
4. External links and donations
The Site links to third-party services (Twitch, Discord, Streamlabs, Throne, social networks), each governed by its own terms. Donations and gifts are entirely optional and handled end to end by Streamlabs or Throne: the Publisher never sees your payment details, and no donation entitles you to anything in return.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's texts, design and code belong to the Publisher. Third-party works shown on the stream (3D model, alerts, emotes) remain the property of their authors, listed on the credits page. Platform names and logos belong to their respective owners. No reproduction without prior permission.
6. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is", on a best-effort basis, with no guarantee of availability. Live status and schedule may lag a few minutes behind Twitch. The Publisher is not responsible for third-party services linked from the Site.
7. Platform terms
The publishing tool only uses each platform within its own terms, which apply in addition to these: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Twitch.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated, for example to reflect a change to the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, please contact the Publisher first to find an amicable solution; failing that, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction.
