Privacy Policy
In short:
- The website sets no cookie, runs no analytics and asks you for no data.
- The publishing tool only handles data about the Publisher's own accounts, never about other TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or X users.
- Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
1. Who we are
milanne.fr and the publishing tool are run by Milanne Onym, a private individual based in France, not acting through a company (the "data controller" under the GDPR, the "Publisher"). Contact: webmestre@milanne.fr.
2. The website milanne.fr
The Site collects no personal data: no account, no form, no audience measurement. The live status and schedule it shows are public information about the MilanneTV channel, fetched by the server from Twitch's API: your browser never contacts Twitch to display them. As with any website, the host Infomaniak keeps technical logs (IP address, date, requested page, browser) to operate and secure its servers, under its own policy. The Site's own error log contains no visitor data.
3. The publishing tool
The publishing tool posts clips of the Publisher's streams to her own accounts and reads the statistics of those posts. For each account the Publisher connects, it processes:

The tool reads no private messages and collects no data about other users (followers, commenters). It runs on a server administered by the Publisher herself, in France, with no third-party provider.
4. Legal basis
Under the GDPR, the Publisher relies on her legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f): running and securing the Site, and publishing her own content to her own accounts. No processing relies on consent, since no tracking or advertising cookie exists (section 8).
5. Who has access to the data
Only the Publisher has access to the tool's data. The Site is hosted by Infomaniak, as a processor. Each platform receives the content the Publisher publishes there. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.
6. International transfers
The Site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland, a country recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. The publishing tool runs in France. The platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google, X) process data under their own policies, possibly outside the EU (section 13).
7. Retention and deletion
Access tokens are kept as long as an account stays connected to the tool and deleted when it is disconnected. The Publisher can also revoke the tool's access at any time from each platform's security settings. Post statistics are kept as long as the tool is in use. Infomaniak's technical logs are kept under its own policy.
8. Cookies
The Site uses no cookie and stores nothing in your browser: no consent banner is needed.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, contact the Publisher (section 14). If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, or with the authority of your own country.
10. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS only. Secrets (API keys, tokens) are kept outside of the public directory and are never logged. No system is perfectly secure, but access to the tool is restricted to the Publisher.
11. Minors
The Site is meant for a general audience; some streams are marked 18+ on Twitch. The publishing tool processes no data about minors.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated, for example to reflect a change to the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.

Each platform's own privacy policy applies in addition to this one: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Twitch.
